30-day warranty
Every piece is covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects: broken on arrival, visible printing defect, a colour other than the one ordered.
Write to us at info@pixolab.ca with a photo and your order number. We answer within one business day with a solution: free replacement or refund. This warranty adds to the legal warranty under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
Changed your mind?
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is intact and unused, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the piece is defective.
- The refund is made within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the piece.
- Custom pieces are not returnable unless defective.
How to return
- Write to info@pixolab.ca with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm the return and send you the address.
- Pack the piece in its original packaging.
- Ship it with tracking.
- As soon as it arrives, we refund or exchange it.
Not covered
- Normal wear and ageing (a colour fading after several years).
- Damage from unsuitable use: above 50 °C, a strong impact, long hours in full sun.
- Changes made to the piece by the buyer.
